How quickly can you complete my translation?


Turnaround times for a standard translation is 2,000 words per day, or 1,500 words per day for a particularly technical translation. We have a minimum delivery time of 48 hours.

Do you not offer an Express Service?


Yes, we do offer an express service. The turnaround time for our express service is 3,000 words per day for a standard translation and 2,500 words per day for a technical one. Please note that the express service has a minimum delivery time of 24 hours.

What formats can you deliver the translation in?


We can deliver your translation in almost all software formats. We can also print it out and send it to you by normal mail should you prefer. You should clearly specify in the Instructions section of the form if you would like the translation delivered in a format other than Word.

Your form only allows me to send one file. What if I need to send more?


You can either submit the form as many times as necessary, or if you have a lot of files then please write in the instructions box, so that we can get back to you with the necessary arrangements.
