Heart of Europe Translation Services – 5-Step Quality Process



We use strict quality controls to make sure each translation we do is of the highest quality. A 5-step quality process has been developed to help achieve this:

1). An analysis of the Source Text

We begin by looking at the source text to make sure it is complete, without any mistakes. Then, we choose the most suitable translator for the project. 



2). Mother tongue translators only

Your translation is then worked on by both a native Slovak speaker and a native English speaker, who work in tandem to ensure the best possible translation. 



3). Checked that the original message still holds true

Your translation is then checked again to make sure the native English speaking translator has understood all the nuances of the source text. 



4). Proofreading by second mother tongue speaker

The translation is then spell-checked and proofread by a second native English-speaking translator.



5). Correctly formatted

Finally, the final draft of the text is checked one last time to make sure it is in the correct format before being delivered.
