Standard Translations

We consider a standard Slovak to English translation as one where the text consists mainly of common words, which is aimed at the general public. That is to say a non-technical text.

Certain themed translations, which are aimed at a particular group of people, may still be considered as a standard translation, if the text is not actually technical.

Standard Translations Rates and Turnaround


Our rates for standard Slovak to English translations vary depending on a number of things, including the difficulty of the text, the format of the source text, the delivery format and the turnaround time.

The 2 types of turnaround services we offer are Normal and Express:

- Normal Standard Service: approximately 2,000 words per day (Minimum delivery time: 48 hours)

- Express Standard Service: approximately 3,000 words per day (Minimum delivery time: 24 hours)

Our rates for a standard Slovak to English translation fall between 0.06 Euro and 0.12 Euro per word of the source text (with a minimum rate of 25.00 Euro for any project), depending upon the aforementioned factors.
